I ordered the trial of Alucia. After realizing I did not like the product I called to cancel before my 14 day trial was up. I waited 38 minutes to talk to someone. I explained the product broke my face out and the customer service person continued to offer the product to me at 35% off, 50% off, then 70% off. I was told there would be a 9.98$ retention fee. I refused to pay the fee and offered to send the trial sample back. They refused putting me on hold. CS came back on and cancelled my order with no retention fee. I also asked why there was a second charge on my account for 1.98$. I was told it was a signing charge? I never signed anything.
The product in itself doesn't allow you to use a base makeup. It will gunk up on you. When using the product alone, after it dries it leaves a flaky, white, powdery film on your face. Lesson learned.
