After booking and paying for a car online, we arrived at Cancun airport and nobody from the company was there to pick us as it was planned. We paid by ourselves a taxi to go to the location until we realized the address given on the vaucher was a false one! After one hour asking to locals, we talked on the phone with someone working at ACO, saying despite our payment, no car was available for us! It's been months chasing after them to get our money back, they never replied, we lost 300 euros, it is a shame, never rent a car to this company
