I booked a birthday gift for an 80 year old lady. The money got debited from my account immediately and I got 2 confirmation emails.
Bas. Thats all. The order was not delivered. The company could not "VIEW" the order when I managed to get someone to pick up the customer service number ( after 20 calls).
Avoid at all costs.
We book online gifts for emotional/ sentimental reasons. These fraudsters will not even understand what it feels not to have a gift delivered!
