“Money taken at time of purchase no item received”

I put an order in for a bra back on March 30th, I have emailed them at least ten time, I have called at least five time & left voice mails with all my contact information. Still nothing, it is almost July, the 35$ was taken out of my account yet I have not heard anything back from them nor have I received my purchased item.
