The worst cutomer service I have ever dealt with. Wait they don't HAVE customer service.

I placed an order on Friday, by Monday afternoon the order was still in "Pending" status. I called them and left a voicemail message because "All of our operators are too busy". The next day, still "Pending" so I sent an email to check the status. Nothing. Next day another phone call to customer service. Wouldn't you know that they are still too busy to help me?

I know it has only been 5 days but some sort of communication would be nice. They had no problem debiting my bank account for their money.

I would not recommend this site to anyone at this point.
