I haven't even seen the final product yet but the service itself is sooo not user-friendly- i got a groupon for canvas prints and there's no help/tutorial any even pop-up tips in the Edit menu whatsoever... imagine you are seeing Microsoft office menu for the first time and there is no explanation as to what each icon does. The customer service was sort of helpful within the script and responded within 24 hrs but when it came to addressing real issues- they were useless. Shipping was more than 3 times more expensive than Groupon stated. Very dissatisfied and don't recommend this service.

It has been 2 months since I ordered my prints. I purchased 2 Groupons for a total of 5 canvases....
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting 6 months for my canvases....
