“Terrible - literally impossible to unsubscribe from their spam emails!”

Their unsubscribe "link" in their emails isn't a link - it's just text. Using gmail's "report spam and unsubscribe" option supposedly allows you to enter your email and unsubscribe, but the spam emails keep coming. It's maddening. I don't even use their icons!
