I originally booked and paid for two tickets before my travel date I lost my drivers license and was told I could not fly with a paper ID so I had to call and cancel those tickets at that time. I was instructed to pay $150 so the ticket amount could be credited for tickets at a later date ….fast forward I called to utilize the credited flights and was told if both tickets were not repurchased I would lose any any leftover credit so instead of using one passengers credit, I used the both of ours Adam offered me a nonstop flight for $50 more per traveler I agree he alsonotified me that there would be a $25 per traveler re-issuance fee so I paid another 150 altogether and was told as soon as my credit card releases the payment that I would receive my tickets in my email within 24 hours today. Makes 72 hours and I still don't have any tickets I called customer service, and after being placed on holdfor an extremely long time I was told Adam started the transaction and Adam has to finish it. He will be in within the next two hours and he would give me a call regarding this matter…. I've put my attorney on notice because this seems to be a scam and I currently have a hour and 30 minutes left before I give him the OK to go forward on his end on this matter
