DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I tried to put my account on hold due to the COVID-19 virus and was told there is a $10 monthly fee for placing my account on hold, NO EXCEPTIONS; So I canceled my account. They proceeded to not honor my request and sent me product so they could charge me for an additional service! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND RIP YOU OFF DURING THIS TIME OF A NATIONAL EMERGENCY.

Will charge you regardless of whether or not you are using their service. They have terrible...
