I ordered 2 yards of fabric and they immediately charged my credit card. But 2 months later and still no fabric!!! Phone calls go unanswered, I did talk to someone once and they said it was on backorder. That was a month ago. Now I can't even get in touch with them. Buyer beware!!!!
I ordered 2 rugs on the clearance, so the price was excellent. They arrived on time and
were good quality. They were shipped free so I knew if I returned one, I'd be paying for
the shipping back. Only fair. But their return policy is laborious - the clerk clearly didn't want to be bothered with returns. They have to APPROVE returns and you have to wait for their approval #. Then you have to buy their UPS sticker - $156 for an 8x11 rug!!
They don't issue the UPS label right away, no, that takes 3 days to show up in your email. The whole return policy is NOT user-friendly at all, many hoops to jump through.
And I'm still waiting on my refund. Make absolutely sure you want the rug you order!! The rugs are nice, the selection great, the prices good, but returns are a guaranteed migraine.
