This builder is a con artist. He will tell you everything you want to hear to get your business and then scam you in the end. Watch out for this guy Steve. He will over charge you on eveything and not get the job completed in the end. I will never build anything with this guy again. I just want everyone to know that my experience with him was horrible. He was 10 months late on getting my house finished and it is still not what we agreed on. He left a huge hole in my wall, I have broken pipes coming out of my grass in the back yard and so many other things that would take all day to list. Don't ever use this Builder Steve Anderson...
