My family has been using Big Token since 2019. All of a sudden, they refuse to payout because we have used a shared device! Well we are a family and we do have a device that we share... that's what families do! If this was not allowed, why did it allow us to sign in? Why wait almost two years to tell us when we are trying to get a payout? All of that time and effort for nothing! Three individuals with one account each (have gotten a payout in the past) cannot get paid now! It used to be an easy process. They keep making it more difficult (probably so they don't have to pay)! Almost $200 between us... lost!
