TurboTax made an incredibly stupid mistake on my Colorado return that would have cost me over $5000.00 had I not caught it.
I tried to amend state return with TurboTax and it repeatedly made the same error.
Asked live help how to fix it. Said file it then amend it on paper and send it in
Told me the satisfaction guarantee does not apply to online product.
Filed an amended return with the state on the state website.
TurboTax would not refund the state filing fee. Basically said I shouldn't have paid for it. Dumb. Lost this customer and others I hope.
Unreliable, inaccurate, predatory.
