I placed an order and did not receive confirmation of the order being processed or shipped. After 10 days I reached out to B Glowing to inquire about my order of various hair products. They proceeded to cancel my entire order and stated in a generic automated email with the message "item is no longer available". All four items are no longer available? Do you not have the inventory to ship to your customers? Why not have a customer service rep reach out to me to offer alternatives? They obviously don't care about their customers so I'll take my business elsewhere for my Oribe hair products. I don't recommend this company so beware!
