I have had a leak under my kitchen faucet, which i submitted claim for 10 days ago. I have been on the phone with them every day, multiple times a day. On Hold for up to an hour, sometimes being disconnected after that long hold time. Or the call backs, who call back and for whatever reason cannot hear you. I have been getting the same scripted response... we are searching for someone to accept you job. I have cold someone I previously had, who is contracted with Choice HOme Warranty and they told me they don't take their work because Choice Home DOESN'T PAY WELL. Sure they tell me I can get my own plumber and submit the expense for reimbursement, but with the HELL i have gone through to try to get them to find a plumber for me, I DOUBT very highly that they are going to reimburse me. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed..
