I like using Truthfinder in my business; HOWEVER, when you have a billing issue (like being billed 3 times in one month for a membership where you should only be billed ONCE) they will not help you. The response I received was "talk to your financial institution because I don't see those charges." I was literally looking at my bank statement and she was telling me she could not see the additional $56.10 for August, September and October that Truthfinder had taken out. Suddenly it's MY problem to fix THEIR problem. Cancelled my membership right then and will never use again. BEWARE
