www.toaster-oven.net no refunds! - I ordered a toaster oven from www.toaster-oven.net before the holidays. Was first sent an email saying it was shipped on 11/03. After a week went by and still no toaster oven delivered I contacted them for a tracking # and status. I heard nothing back from www.toaster-oven.net I waited 10 days then sent a second more terse email that got a response saying the oven was back ordered. This was confusing, was it shipped as they first said or was it back ordered as they are now saying. So I asked for a refund and to this day(90 days later) I haven't received a follow up email, the toaster oven or a refund. The customer service number they list is a joke, I have called numerous times and have yet to speak to a live person. I have left my name, number and order # as requested but have never gotten one call back. Please be very weary of this online company www.toaster-oven.net
