I sent back a gift (purse) I purchased from Dooney & Burke with a Mfg defect. A D&B employee signed for it, stole it and D&B's owner told me it was not their problem. 0-Customer svc. NO REPLACEMENT... Thieves!

Tip for consumers:
That Dooney and Burke does not stand behind their product or Employees thievery! Who does that?
