I've had a horrible experience with Polaris Immigration. These guys are so unethical & money minded. They ask you for your education qualification & resume for evaluation & will give you a perfect score & suggest that similar profiles like yours are receiving PR visa in a short time & that you've a very high chance of getting your PR visa. Even if you raise any concerns & doubts regarding any limitation in your profile, they'll not discuss those limitations & will tell you that there's nothing to worry & that they've 20 yrs Industry experience. Such enticing words. With such conversations, they'll ask you to make the payment so that you get your PR visa within 9 months or latest by a year. The real problem will start after you make the payment because the person who initially explains the process (giving you promises) is not the same as the person who works on your PR visa. You'll start hearing the limitations in your profile only when your PR process starts after your payment.
You get to know only after the payment that they'll give you a set of job responsibilities that does not match your resume & ask you to get a reference letter for those job responsibilities from your firm. If you tell them that your firm will not provide reference letter with those job responsibilities, they'll ask you to get a declaration from your colleague who works with you to support the duties listed by them even if this is against your firm's policy & if you can't get it, you'll be stuck & your PR process will not move forward. If you ask them why not apply for an occupation code that suits your resume, you'll get to know only at this point that you do not qualify for this job code due to limitations in your profile. Eg – If you're resume matches the job code of an Accountant & you're not a CA or CPA, you get to know that there are few accounting subjects that you lack in your educational qualification, for which you may be required to pursue higher studies. At this point, they'll request you to pay the amount to get the education assessment done by relevant skills assessment authority so that you get to know the subjects that are lacking in your qualification. You may be required to study, pass the subjects highlighted as per the education evaluation & then proceed with further steps. You'll not be told all this before you make the payment. If this person – Hemanth Kumar from Polaris Immigration reaches out to you explaining the PR process, just don't trust anything he says. He'll sound so trust worthy when he talks to you but believe me, he has only one thing in mind – meeting his target of getting the clients to sign up with Polaris Immigration. He'll tell you that you've 100% chance of getting the PR visa as you meet all the requirements. No point regretting later if you trust what he says. If you still want to proceed with Polaris Immigration, try to talk to Alex sir before payment as he'd probably work on your visa process & will tell you whether your profile really fits the bill for a PR visa.
The positive google reviews that you see is so deceiving because this is what led me to sign up with Polaris. One more thing – You'll be given a contract to sign with a list of agreement points only after you make the payment & one of the points say – the paid amount will not be refunded. At any point, if you feel you've been cheated & request a refund, you'll not get your refund no matter whom you reach out to. I reached out to the management team of Polaris Immigration explaining how I was promised to proceed with my current job responsibilities before payment & that I'm now being asked to get reference letter for duties I haven't performed, they said other clients were able to get this done in the past, so there's no reason why I can't get it & confirmed that no refund will be entertained. I wanted to share this experience so that others know what to expect from Polaris Immigration & that you don't end up in a similar situation where your PR visa process is not moving forward & you also don't get your money back.
