I ordered sparklers far in advance for my wedding, not only did I get charged immediately but I had to ask them a month later to send them because I never received them. By the time I did receive them they were shorter sparklers and I had ordered the longer ones. It was too late to send them back and I emailed the site and never even heard back. Terrible service and I would tell anyone not to use them.
