I lost my card and was told that I could pay a fee to have a new card overnighted to my new address (that in itself has been a hassle to change). This was on March 24th and it is now April 8th. The customer service has been abhorrent to work with and they are clearly lying. I've been hung up on three times. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BANK WITH THEM.

Tip for consumers:
Try getting ahold of their parent company bank. I will be filing a claim with the BBB shortly.
