Total misleading on what they advertise in offer... allow customer to purchase items advertised by paying only shipping costs and then constant pop ups trying to sell other items also after they charge customers only after customer inquires where about of package do they issue tracking number that states it stops at one location to present date. When customer inquires regarding issue when customer also paid for high Priced express shipping That stated 3 to 5 business days to arrive they respond my package somehow got lost in transit and will resend entire purchase order again free of charge should arrive in 5 to 7 business days from the date of their response but still nothing then they tell customer that the original items customer wanted that was advertised cannot be shipped to customers state due to current laws forbidding the shipment to customers state... when customer checks with current state posted laws regarding shipping items to customers state its posted it was totally legal to ship so customer copies and sent list of all 50 states that was legal and illegal to ship to showing customers state is listed as legal to ship they respond with due to change of company policy is why can't end to customers state but never sent copy of new policy they claim is reason why can't ship to customer... after 2 months of waiting they finally respond they can refund shipping cost for items that can't be shipped to customer and ship remaining items ordered to customer by confirming shipping address... after confirming address another 2 weeks go by then customer has to inquire again regarding outstanding issue then they respond by refunding wrong amount as stated by them previously and claimed items have been sent out already... another 2 weeks go by and customer has inquire again regarding balance of refund and where abouts of package by them responding must have been a miscommunication on their part and package will be shipped out using express shipping that should take no more then 2 to 3 business days to arrive to customer... So after almost 4 months of waiting for order to arrive when originally purchased express shipping that should have taken 3 to 5 business days to arrive and the constant back and forth responding the issue customer finally felt order was going arrive within the week Just to find out that tracking number given to customer has an estimated arrival date that is almost 1 month from current date then for next 3 days it kept adding another week to estimated arrival date to now almost 2 months from current date when customer track's whereabouts of package Current location it shows package has traveled in transit all over the USA returning to certain states more then once... while customer is still waiting for items purchased to finally arrive after way past of 5 months of waiting to be told that customer cannot receive any more refunds regarding items being shipped out or original express shipping customer purchased with original purchase because order is currently in transit out to customer and can only receive a refund of shipping cost if customer returns items within 30 days from the time items was shipped out to customer from warehouse which is going to be way past when items finally reach customer according to estimated time of arrival to customer so customer will now be stuck with items and won't receive refund for express shipping costs if items ever reach customer... they are totally false advertising items for free by paying shipping costs only, false responses to customers inquiries by keep changing responses, and rips off customers by only offering highly priced shipping costs available to customers to choose from which they don't honor by arrival time posted then keep changing estimated arrival times posted at time of purchase even when copied of original purchase order and estimated time of arrival they keep claiming last minute changes of current policy's which extended longer time of arrival then originally agreed by customers at time of purchase but can't provide any information regarding the changes of any policy's to customers when customers can check out their website directly and still can't find any changes to its policy's that's posted on their website that they claim is reasoning behind why certain issues are preventing why customers haven't received purchase order as of yet...
