I signed up for the program, thinking it was something that would be beneficial to me. You have to sign up on a SALES call, which goes over the product very quickly. Once I signed up, I explored my account on the program and determined that it was not a good fit for me. The product that I'm currently using for email touch campaigns is MUCH better and has more flexibility. Also, the website was not what I expected upon further examination. I was expecting that I could eliminate other services (website and email drip campaigns) by signing up for Outbound Engine. After spending time looking at the program, which you are not afforded before signing up, I immediately called them to cancel the account (nothing was sent out or posted on my behalf at that point). They told me I could not cancel without paying half of the yearly amount as a cancellation fee. CRAZY. Terrible customer service.
