Seeking calming and mind expanding herbals and this 'Bob' has made it the most arduous and frustrating experience possible.
I paid via CC with confirmation. I noted they please call, not email if any issues. So days later I find an email that says at the top their CC processing is down and offers other payment options but at the bottom in CAPS it says when I enter in my correct CC info the package will be sent.
I asked which It was, and if the former could he send me info on Bitcoin as I've never used it. "Bob" didn't answer my question whatsoever as far as CC goes. After more senseless emails back and forth getting nothing done - he asks where I'd like the Bitcoin info sent. Um, to the %^&*( email we're using maybe?). All I got was a link to Bitcoin so far which was no help.
Sure, I could look it up and likely would opt to pay by e-Check or giving my checking info by phone but at this point I'm rather annoyed with the 4 word replies that don't answer squat. Other botanical companies have gone over and above to provide customer service and would have happily called ME by now to get their money and to ensure they'd be my go-to in the future. Its been like reaching a call center in India.
