“Scam, avoid at all costs”

I ordered a 5 shelf folding unit and received a set of white plastic trays - must of cost 50p - I have contacted customer services who seem to think I am going to pay to return the wrong product or pay a % of my purchase costs for the wrong goods.
In the photos picture 1 is what I ordered, picture 2 is what I got.
