I ordered some tulle from this business. I paid for expedited shipping as I needed it quickly for a wedding. It took over a week for the order to be processed. The only way to talk to someone is on the online chat. The first time I "chatted", they told me my order would be shipped within 24 hours. Several days later, I contacted them again. They told me there was a problem in the shipping department and they weren't sure when it would ship. I then tried to cancel my order as I knew I wouldn't receive it in time. No cancelling the order unless you do it within 30 minutes of placing the order. I am not sure why they can't cancel the order if it hasn't shipped yet. I received no apology and no effort to work with me on this. I paid extra to get my order quickly but because of a problem on their end, I did not receive my order on time. If you want to do business with someone who is not willing nor cares about their customers, order from them. I will not ever use this company again.
