I ordered 3 GRADE "A" items. Out of the 3,1 worked. I requested a return authorization for two of the purchases and they them sent to the wrong email account. I have emailed them and called twice to have the email address corrected and have only recieved 1 return authorization. I have even spoken to a manager of the customer service department twice to get the return authorizations handled & still am waiting on the 2nd return label.
Their prices maybe be good, but buyer beware. Having only 1 out 3 GRADE "A" purchases work and the headache of trying to get them returned is certainly not worth it. I ended up making my purchases on tried and true Amazon!
