I ordered a red Cristallini dress 4 weeks prior to an event. The day before the event the parcel arrived containing 4 dresses in colors pink, maroon, blue and black. The dresses are very old, matronly looking, colors are fading and some stitches not working. Completely different from the style I was ordered and nowhere near he condition I was expecting. I have already purchased the accessories, shoes and bag to match with he dress that I ordered.
I rang the number on the website and a rather rude, unhelpful woman named Margarita answered the call saying they are in Portugal, not London. She calimed that she rang me numerous times yesterday afternoon (the time after DHL sent me a confirmation that the parcel is on it way). She also claimed to have sent me numerous email asking me for choices as they do nit actually have the dress they advertised on the website. She claimed that I am the first to order the dress but when I was doing the reservation, they said that the dress was on hire 2 days before my event.
She admitted that they do not actually have the dresses and they have to order it first. I asked for a refund and she told me that they will try. Never ever truest this company. I have put my faith and them and left without a dress hours before my event.
