I ordered vouchers online for my mother's birthday. The site says they'll get posted out first class the day after the order is placed. After a week, they hadn't arrived and I called them. They said the vouchers hadn't been sent - no reason given - but they'd put them in the post. 3 days later I got only 1 of the 2 vouchers I ordered. I called again - no answer. I emailed - they replied, saying sorry this time, and finally sent the other voucher. So the moral of this story is: don't trust them for anything important or urgent. Be prepared to phone them several times to chase the order. Double-check what you received to make sure you've got everything you paid for. I suspect conspiracy rather than c**k-up but until they sort themselves, approach with caution.
