This site is TERRIBLE. I purchased a purse on the website and needed to return it since it was not as I expected. I requested a RMA number as the return section of their site says to do. I then shipped the purse back to them at the address listed on the return section of their site. A few days later, I received the package returned to sender. I contacted the post office and they said that the address had moved with no forwarding address. So I tried calling Any Knock Off and it went straight to voicemail. I have left several messages as well as sent an email and a comment on the site over the past two weeks and have not received the courtesy of any response back. This is horrible customer service and the fact that I am going to get stuck with an $80 purse that I don't even like really upsets me. Would I shop here again? No way! Would I recommend this site? Absolutely not! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else with better customer service!
