I was looking for a Christmas gift for my husband. He wanted these Maui Jim Wassup sunglasses. I saw on their website that if you subscribe to their newsletters, you will get 20% off plus free 2 days shipping. So I did subscribe but couldn't place an order. So I called customer service and the lady on the phone advised me that these sunglasses excluded from their 25% promotion, which I wasn't even referring to. So I asked if I will get 20% for subscribing and the lady said yes, you will. So I got a promo code in my e-mail and tried to place an order. It did NOT take 20% off. So I called AGAIN, and another lady told me on the phone that these sunglasses are excluded from ALL promotions, and they are sorry that I was misinformed and they are NOT going to honor the promised to me 20%... I asked for a supervisor... And that one, Alyssa is her name, could not be of ANY HELP AT ALL! The only thing she was able to do is to keep saying like a broken record "unfortunately, we cannot do anything for you at this time...", "How I can help you", after I told her what I need!
I wanted my whole entire morning trying to place an order and still didn't get anywhere with them! STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT AND IGNORANT COMPANY WITH WHOLE BUNCH OF USELESS AGENTS AND WORTHLESS SUPERVISORS! NO supervisors, just a heads up, are available to speak with if supervisor didn't help. STAY AWAY! NEVER BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING!
