I started kickboxing just over a month ago and I have to say I was very nervous my first class but now I look forward to classes! I absolutely love the atmosphere in each class! The trainers are motivating and supportive, it's an amazing workout starting out slower learning the moves then pushing yourself more each class, I'm so glad I started!
