I had the same experience as several other users. I think I used the site one time when I first signed up for it, meaning the exact day that I created my account, and then maybe a month later I tried to log in and it said that my membership had been deactivated. So I wrote to customer service and they responded by saying "thanks for taking the time to write to us but you violated our terms of service and after further review, our team has decided to maintain your account deactivation". WTF? I'm a real person trying to make money from these stupid survey sites and this kind of crap happens? I have written back to them asking them to please explain what egregious act against their terms of service I committed but I suspect I will never hear from them again. What a complete and total sh*t show. If I were you, I would stay away because they're obviously Data mining and selling your information and want nothing to do with customer service.
