The order was made beginning of September, I didn't got it and since then there were only a few misleading emails telling me that they are checking the status, even though the status was clearly set as returned, based on the tracking number. In most cases my emails are not answered at all.
I have written to their main address, to Instagram and generally tried all possible ways to reach them, but they haven't replace or refunded the product.
