The service stopped working for weeks, so I linked my domain to another host and when the hosting returned to work, I asked for a refund but they didn't refund me and they said that "point your domain to our services and all should be fine for you"!
If you want free hosting, it's okay to try to practice how to manage your website and solve your own problems because they don't answer tickets until after 24 hours or more and when hosting stops working, there's nothing to lose.
If you are going to pay the money, I advise you to stay away and go to host that have a technical support team cares about customers and committed to what they says from the guarantee of refund and other.
Don't be fooled by the low price, what's the use of a little price with bad customer service?

I recovered my money after several attempts to contact support.
Also, I have discovered that hosting has not stopped working but does not work all over the world so I currently use VPN to access the hostpoco website.
