I thought this was a local boutique but the tag says made in China and the pants I bought look like they were hand-stitched by a four year old. Additionally the outfit was supposed to be 12 months but the elastic waist is way too tight, yet the pants are too long. My daughter is 75% in height and only 50% in weight so I would think any toddler tall enough for these pants would not be able to wear them because theyre so tight.

I went to their store which showed an outfit available in the size I needed for my granddaughters...
My order was delayed about 4 weeks. I haven't received it yet. I can't review what I don't have....
