Got to the shipping method and discovered their horrible customer service once they get your money.
Free shipping means they will bring it to the bottom of your driveway but YOU have to wrestle your crates of furniture out of their truck. If you want to use the truck's lift gate it's $95. If you are willing to pay the $1,085 to have your crates of furniture brought to your actual house, they will drop your crates someplace dry, but not uncrate them or bring them in your house. If there is something wrong with a piece once uncrated, YOU have to deal with how to get it back to them and hope for a replacement months later. When I called and raised these issues with them I was met with condescension.

After reading these other reviews, Thank God we didn't buy from these scam artists. RUN, do not walk from this place.

In response to their company spokesperson's comments below, he can go ahead and publish ALL the conversations I had with them. I have nothing to hide. And apparently making fun of my name isn't condescending at all. Trying to bully me will not make me retract my review.

I am getting ready to place an $8000 order and just got to your shipping methods. I am astounded at the lack of customer service once my items are paid for. We would need the $1,084.50 delivery method. We are on a culdesac with our house up a hill. I can't believe that with the other deliveries you expect people to climb in the truck and wrestle the crates out themselves. I'm not even sure that is legal. Even with the expensive delivery method my items will be dumped out in the crates so I can't see if they are damaged upon delivery. I am going to have to rethink if I want to order from your company.

Understandable. Not everyone needs the service so we don't build it into the price as that would be unfair for the majority 95%+ of our customers. I also feel our 3rd party way overcharges for the service and I recommend local moving companies vs using our 3rd party service

You have a website which is seen all over the country. Most people will need delivery.

Yes, most take the free shipping and have help for delivery or the liftgate with help. But there are some that need more of a service as well so we try to accommodate for all needs

While keeping it fair for most, on average we have 500 orders a month, with 95% choosing the free shipping or liftgate delivery.

We own a produce company with truck bays and dock workers. If we decide to order we will have our items delivered there and use our own truck and employees to get the items to our house. Most people don't have that option. Also, once uncrated, what are my options if an item comes damaged?

Oh great question - if an item is damaged just send us a picture of it and we will rectify, we just ask that the damage is noted within 72 hours.
