I, too, had a problem getting a return label. Per the invoice enclosed in the box, it was shown that the boots were purchased through B--t B--n. I contacted B--t B--n to let them know I had tried on two occasions, a week apart, to get a response from Country Outfitter. The CSR I talked to at B--t B--n emailed me a return label by the end of the day. Also, I noticed that the customer service phone number for Country Outfitter on the invoice is different from their website. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. The boots were quality boots - Georgia - but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
