“Worst company scam DO NOT BUY never got items but took money”

This company will not allow you to put a valid review on their site. It claims the email is invalid even though it says email is ok and it is a valid email address. This is how they are able to only accept any fake "good" reviews that are probably all old reviews! I have proof too. I placed an order for about $80 which was pricey but I was excited to get these specific items I can't find for the kids and us for the trip. Got order confirmation and THATS IT! They took the money and never replied to any of my numerous emails, phone calls, and even the text reply to their automatic text they sent. They never sent tracking info nor the products. They literally took my money and just chose to not send me anything and completely ignore my requests! I found many similar reviews like this AFTER as well! Do NOT waste your time or money. Sad because I had purchased from them years ago and while I got some items that were broken, they did make it right fairly quickly so I felt comfortable purchasing again….big mistake! NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT BUY! Had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge! How they have good reviews? Clearly lies and filtered. Paid for good reviews! Lies lies lies….

Tip for consumers:
The fact that this company thinks it’s ok to just take your money and not reply to you and never send you the items is SHOCKING! Do they really think anyone would be ok with this!??? How can they have a 92% positive recview on their site. It’s all clearly lies!!

Products used:
None as they never sent them but a few years ago I got some light up globes and glow sticks. Glow sticks were not great but light up pool globes were ok.
