I bought a google pixel 4 xl and absolutely love the phone and the price but I paid for 2-3 day shipping through fedex and my package wasn't shipped till 2 days later and then didn't receive the phone for 4 more days. So over all it's a good used phone outlet but beware of paying extra for fast shipping
