When my package arrived, it looked like the FedEx man played rugby with it earlier in the day -- severely damaged. That evening I notified VetRxDirect what happened -- and they responded within minutes. They were so overwhelmingly friendly and helpful in taking care of this and making it right. Though this was obviously an error made by the 3rd party, they took complete ownership for it, and had outstanding communication in making sure a replacement was sent as quickly as possible.
Around the holidays I didn't realize I had 1 day left of my pets meds... I knew the holiday break meant it might be 7-10 days before I could get my order, but I mentioned the urgency in my order, and they sent it to me same day so I would get it before the holiday!
These folks are really amazing... they definitely value and take care of their customers.
