I played table game for three hours and lost 3 thousand dollars, just took a nape on the sofa, he treated me like a homeless, a threat, brought two security to me the first time he talked to me. I dressed decent and i have a college student backpack. He could have asked me hotel don't allow people sleep on the sofa, instead he tell me to get up and will kick me out next time. I gamble at Cosmopolitan every time, I am disappointed how I am treated. He is acting like a scared little girl, brought two security the first time he talked to me. Hotel should improve employee training and fire impolite staff members. If you really care, you should check the camera and find out which sis was it.
