I spent over $100 on a photo book, it was otherwise really nice, but came damaged. They mailed it with two pieces of cardboard held together with one piece of tape. No kidding it was damaged. When I let them know and sent them photos, the most they could do was offer me a 25% credit and then they blamed the courier. They will not replace the damage product. I didn't spend this much money to get a dented book. Know that if you are ordering from them, their packaging is minimal and if the product is damaged, that's their customer service for you.
