I ordered a necklace for my daughter on November 7,2009 for her birthday. It did not arrive until December 4 (too late for birthday). When it arrived it was damaged. After emailing everyone and his brother I finally corresponded with someone named Jackie. She was very kind and told me to send the necklace back and as soon as I emailed a copy of my receipt she would mail out a new necklace and I should receive it in 10-14 days. It's now February 10,2010, my daughter does not have a new one nor the damaged one, I'm out the money and no one will respond to my emails. By the way Solid925Silver.com says it is unrecognizable. Any thoughts! Oh, by the way the necklace was shipped from China and that's where I have to return it.
