I was a customer in the Orange Ct. Store 9/27/2023@10:30 a.m. I am a frequent shopper to this location. I was very disappointed in the person behind the counter. Typically the staff would greet you with a hello, may I help you. This person kept her back to the shopping area, never acknowledged that a customer had entered the store. The beginning of September I had a very positive experience with the African American women behind the register, very personable and inviting, and the petite sales women with long hair on the floor was very helpful coordinating outfits. I am very disappointed in this experience.
