This blog is great, I found it when I was looking for some ideas for fitness and exercise, to drop some weight, and see they have a ton of articles on travel, personal finance, beauty, and parenting in addition to health and fitness. The articles seem to be well-researched and are easy to read. They are a bit longer and more substantial than some blog articles, and give you good information and ideas. It seems to be a fairly new site but they add new content every few days so far it seems. Definitely worth a bookmark in my opinion. I've particularly enjoyed some of the exercise and diet tip articles, since that's what I was looking for in the first place.

I never had an Arby's near me growing up. We had Roy Rogers, which I love, but the chain more or less closed on the east coast. Now, living on the west coast, I've got several Arby's nearby, and I can finally get a cravable, delicious roast beef sandwich again. Curly fries and a roast beef sandwich - affordable and delicious, I would love one right now...
