My experience with Freeshipdeals.com has been absolutely terrible. I have emailed them 28 times since placing an order 4 months ago. I have yet to receive the order (or a refund) and keep getting mostly canned messages that are not at all helpful and ignore my request for a refund or a working Customer Service number. The 800 number posted on their website is "temporarily unavailable." I finally gave up and contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a formal complaint. I suggest others do the same. Note, I found them on BBB as "AN & Associates".
Update: Freeshipdeals responded to my BBB complaint and refunded my money. :)
