“Terrible after sale service”

Natasha, never gave us a working confirmation number. She never told us our flight was canceled. She never once apologized. Zero empathy, zero accountability, less than zero service after the sale. This caused huge problems for my aging parents. What was supposed to be their best flying experience was a nightmare for them. Posted are confirmation of my purchase and 34 emails to try to resolve this issue.

Tip for consumers:
I don't know about the other agents, but I suggest not using her if you want help, accountability, or integrity after the sale.
