When I place my first order it took about six months to show up. It was the wrong color yet I understand that pandemic left most people with not may options. When the order showed up I was grateful to have it and I enjoy it. So supporting the local artist was a motivation for for 2nd purchase and ordered 3 more and still have yet to see any response via email about when the order is on its way. I'm wanting a refund and can't reach anyone. I left the festival world after I got sober and had a daughter 3years ago so I don't think I'll run into vendors at a festival for a few more years. It's a disappointment and a let down to not have the 3 hoods paid for over 6 months ago
