Absolutely garbage company, sent in 13 books and then they tried to play games and say that the books that were worth the most were not returned. On a separate occasion I sent in 8 books and was told that the ones that were worth the most were "water damaged" yet they were in like new condition when they were shipped. This company preys on people and scams them into paying as little as possible and then turns around and makes huge profit margins by reselling these books for a huge return. Stay away! For anyone that has been scammed like me file a complaint with the (FTC) Federal Trade Commission and BBB Better Business Bureau so that these practices can stop.
